Yoga enables me to find balance in a busy world.

I have been practising yoga in Wirral for many years and time on my mat is always well spent.

Teaching is a joy as I love sharing the benefits of yoga with my students.

Yoga is an ancient practice which has many benefits. It can build strength and flexibility and improve balance . It can also can help to relieve anxiety and depression whilst bringing about a more balanced and peaceful state of mind This is achieved by physical postures, breathing practice, meditation and relaxation. Yoga is a personal journey and is therefore suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. I teach Hatha Yoga as well as Pregnancy Yoga classes, Meditation and General Health Yoga.
